		<description>We've recently implemented a .NET CMS at the County and it validates fairly well as long as the initial design is put together properly. The generated file still looks full of trash code when you view source, but the W3C validator doesn't complain.

Sometimes it seems as though the hardest part is getting institutional buy-in for standards-based design, accessibility, etc.</description>
